PFL+ PCT | Elevating Patient Care at Every Touchpoint

This course will fulfill your annual HearingLoss.com certification requirements
This virtual PFL+ is a 3.5-hour course designed for Patient Care Coordinators looking to enhance the patient’s experience at every touch point. Through interactive discussions and guided exercises, participants will follow a patient’s journey from the very first phone call through ongoing care, exploring effective strategies to make each interaction meaningful and memorable. Participants will learn how to: • Leverage practice messaging to drive patient scheduling and engagement • Motivate and guide patients to include companions in the care experience • Apply advanced communication skills to effectively connect with both patients and companions in person Prerequisite: Attendees must have attended a Patients for Life training event prior to registering.
