This in-person PFL+ course is a 4-hour interactive training designed for Patient Care Coordinators and Audiology Technicians who play a vital role in shaping the patient’s experience, particularly during inbound and patient-care calls. Through guided discussion and role-play, participants will practice strategies that strengthen confidence and improve outcomes in everyday conversations.
