PFL + PCT | Mastering the Value Conversation

This course will fulfill your annual HearingLoss.com certification requirements
This in-person PFL+ course is a 4-hour interactive training designed for Patient Care Coordinators and Audiology Technicians who play a vital role in shaping the patient’s experience, particularly during inbound and patient-care calls. Through guided discussion and role-play, participants will practice strategies that strengthen confidence and improve outcomes in everyday conversations. Participants will learn how to: • Redirect price and insurance inquiries into value-focused discussions • Address and validate common objections, including third-party benefit questions • Reframe patient hesitation into opportunities that encourage scheduling and strengthen relationships Prerequisite: Attendees must have attended a Patients for Life training event prior to registering.
