Meet the Expert: Stephanie Wright

Whether she’s reconciling accounts, running payroll, or helping a member navigate an urgent cash disbursement, Stephanie Wright brings a steady hand and a bright spirit to every detail she touches. As a Bookkeeping Specialist at Audigy, Stephanie manages the books for 11 members, helping ensure their financial operations stay accurate, organized, and ready for whatever twists and turns come next.

As one colleague at Audigy shares, “Stephanie is amazing at what she does. She keeps everything running smoothly and up to date for our members and is always willing to jump on a call or provide extra support.”

If there’s one thing Stephanie understands well, it’s momentum. She and her family love theme parks, big roller coasters, and the thrills of a fast-paced ride — which feels fitting, because bookkeeping is its own kind of adventure. There are climbs, quick turns, and unexpected moments, and Stephanie is the expert calmly keeping everything on track so her members can focus on what they do best: helping patients hear and live more fully.

Her Role at Audigy

Stephanie was hired into her current role as a Bookkeeping Specialist, and she jumped right in with the kind of confidence that comes from genuine passion. She’s always been drawn to business and business management, and today she gets to use that passion in service of Audigy members every single week.

At Audigy Stephanie is responsible for overseeing bookkeeping processes across a wide range of practices. While the work is highly detailed, the impact is deeply human. When a practice has clean financials, reliable payroll tracking, and accurate reporting, the team has more bandwidth to focus on patient care, culture, and growth.

As a colleague at Audigy puts it, “Stephanie makes Audigy better, plain and simple.”

A Day in the Life

Stephanie’s job isn’t just a list of tasks. It’s a weekly rhythm built around the real needs of real practices. Her schedule is intentionally split across her member roster, and she spends her week moving between financial systems and responsibilities that keep each practice running smoothly.

On any given week, you might find her:
• Updating manufacturer balances
• Monitoring checking and savings accounts
• Reviewing credit card activity
• Paying vendors
• Running and recording payroll
• Completing month-end and year-end reconciliations

Throughout the year, she also supports key annual needs like filing 1099s and year-end reporting for some of her members, the kind of work that takes precision, consistency, and a strong sense of accountability.

The job description may say “bookkeeping,” but Stephanie’s day-to-day reality looks more like being a trusted financial guide, quietly keeping practices grounded and moving forward.

As one teammate at Audigy says, “Stephanie has a calm, steady presence that makes even the trickiest financial conversations feel manageable.”

Supporting Audigy Members

A recent winner of Audigy’s Sewell Customer Service Award, Stephanie supports Audigy members in big ways, not just through numbers but through the confidence those numbers create.

She monitors weekly income and expenses, oversees accounts payable and accounts receivable reporting, provides members with regular bookkeeping updates, and ensures bank account reconciliations are accurate and complete. She also manages payroll accounting, supports month-end and year-end reconciliation processes, and helps handle intercompany transactions and financial statement reviews.

Beyond all of that, Stephanie is someone her members can count on when something needs immediate attention, like cash disbursements or distributions that cannot wait.

That kind of responsiveness matters. It’s one thing to be good with spreadsheets; it’s another to be someone members trust when the stakes feel high and timing is critical. Stephanie brings both expertise and calm, creating stability that practices feel all the way down to their day-to-day operations.

As one colleague at Audigy shares, “Stephanie meets every request from our Members and our SBU Team with a smile and an offer to help. She makes our Members feel special and always delivers above expectations.”

A True Partner

Stephanie loves getting to know the members she supports — not just their financial systems but their goals, their challenges, and what success looks like for them.

“I love knowing that I get to take bookkeeping off their ‘to-do’ list so my members can focus on what they love doing: helping their patients.”

That mindset is at the heart of her work. She isn’t just managing books. She’s giving members back time, mental space, and freedom — and that has ripple effects across the entire practice.

When members don’t have to worry about vendor payments, payroll recording, reconciliations, and reports, they can stay focused on patient care, leadership, and building a practice they’re proud of.

Personal & Professional Growth

Stephanie isn’t just helping Audigy members reach their goals. She’s actively pursuing her own.

Audigy has supported her in returning to school to finish her degree, and she is on track to graduate with her Bachelor of Science in accounting in March of 2026.

That kind of commitment takes drive. The same kind of determination it takes to climb the first hill of a roller coaster: slow, steady, and sometimes intimidating but absolutely worth it for what comes next.

Stephanie’s growth reflects what Audigy is all about: supporting people as they build expertise, expand confidence, and step into what’s next.

Life Outside of Work

When Stephanie isn’t supporting her members, she loves traveling, especially with her family. They’re theme park enthusiasts, and in her world, the bigger the roller coaster, the better.

She also loves cooking for her family and is planning to take on a new kind of adventure this summer, building a successful dahlia and vegetable garden — “Successful being the keyword here,” Stephanie laughs.

It’s the perfect reflection of Stephanie’s personality: warm, humorous, ambitious, and willing to try even when outcomes aren’t guaranteed.

Giving Back

Before going back to school, Stephanie volunteered for Junior Achievement of Oregon & SW Washington, teaching elementary-aged children about work readiness, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy.

It’s easy to see the connection between that work and what she does today. Stephanie has always cared about helping others build stable foundations, whether that’s a child learning financial basics or a practice working toward growth and sustainability.

A Passion for Business

Stephanie’s career path is a story of flexibility, creativity, and follow-through. She ran her own e-commerce business for eight years, which allowed her to be home with her daughters when they were young. Not having to miss those precious early moments is something she is very proud of. Later she worked in marketing, and eventually she found her way into accounting, where her love of business management and operational structure truly clicked into place.

At Audigy she’s found herself surrounded by people who share that same passion.

“I’ve always had a passion for business, and I love that everyone at Audigy has a passion for business management, and I am amazed at how everyone’s talents are used together to help our members succeed,” Stephanie shares.

As one colleague at Audigy notes, “Stephanie is a huge asset to our internal team — she is quick to answer a question and always does so with a smile. She makes working together easy and fun, and fosters collaboration at every turn.”

Looking Ahead

Stephanie brings energy, steadiness, and heart to the work she does. She is detail-driven, member-focused, and deeply committed to helping practices stay financially healthy, not just for the sake of the numbers but for the people behind them.

As another colleague at Audigy enthuses, “Stephanie consistently delivers outstanding service with a level of care, professionalism, and positivity that truly sets her apart.”

Because when books are clean, reporting is accurate, payroll is handled, and reconciliations are complete, practices can breathe easier. They can stay focused on what matters most: caring for patients. Stephanie may love roller coasters, but Audigy members know this for sure — with her in their corner, the ride feels a whole lot smoother.
