Lighting the Way With Creativity and Care
Whether she’s crafting a new marketing campaign or lighting up a room with her signature smile, Lindsay Ash is the kind of teammate who turns every project into a good time. Colleagues know that when Lindsay is involved, creativity will flow, and results will follow. “If Lindsay’s on a project, you know it will be successful AND fun!” says one teammate.
Her blend of strategic thinking and magnetic personality turns ordinary ideas into unforgettable experiences. Plus —there might be some karaoke involved! She’s the embodiment of “do what you love, and you’ll never work a day in your life,” bringing energy, laughter, and genuine care to everything she touches.

Her Role at Audigy
As Director of Corporate Marketing, Lindsay leads the team responsible for sharing Audigy’s story with prospective members, the community, the industry, and existing members. “We try to communicate the impact Audigy can have on the businesses we support, and we also try to show our culture and unique personality as an organization,” she explains.
Since joining in 2011 as a marketing manager, Lindsay has worn many hats: Director of SBU Marketing, leader of two full SBU teams (including Marketing, Operations, Finance, Professional Development, and HR), and now the strategic Head of Corporate Marketing. This journey gives her a 360-degree perspective on how to engage and inspire members while keeping the brand fresh and relevant.
Her team feels that impact every day. “Lindsay embodies everything a leader should. She is a team player who is willing to support her team through whatever means necessary to ensure we are the most successful we can be as a department,” says one colleague. Another adds,“Lindsay’s leadership is appreciated within our small but mighty team—allowing us autonomy but supporting our needs simultaneously.”

Supporting Audigy Members
Lindsay’s influence reaches far beyond her official job description. Her team hosts a monthly webinar for members on topics ranging from leadership to billing to marketing. She oversees a monthly newsletter that highlights key updates and recently launched the “Marketing Our Services” program to spotlight different services each month. “Audigy puts out such a variety and wealth of services to our members that it can be hard to keep up,” Lindsay notes, “so we make sure they are always aware of the depth and breadth of our offerings.”
Even though she no longer works one-on-one with Members daily, Lindsay’s history of personal support keeps her deeply connected. “Indirectly, I have worked with Members for a long time and have some amazing relationships,” she says. “While I don’t work directly with them anymore, I do get the opportunity to spend time with them at events, and I often find myself with the SBU and other teams brainstorming on how we can support their businesses better or discussing how the programs we offer can be more impactful.”
Colleagues see that customer-first mindset every day: “Lindsay has truly embodied a customer service mindset, and it’s always on full display for our Members, prospects, and our internal teams.”

Events, Courses, and Creative Impact
Audigy events give Lindsay an opportunity to showcase her creativity and leadership. “Lindsay built two custom breakout sessions for Summit alongside newer team members to Audigy events and her leadership and positive attitude made a big impact in their success,” recalls a teammate.
Her sessions consistently draw rave reviews. “Lindsay’s Ted Lasso course was one of the top-rated and attended courses at Summit, and her AI course also received outstanding praise from Members, helping them feel empowered by using technology instead of being hesitant about it,” says another colleague. These innovative sessions are prime examples of how Lindsay makes learning engaging, approachable, and actionable.

A Day in the Life
No two days are alike for Lindsay. Her role is project-based and ever evolving, giving her the freedom to push boundaries and explore new ways to tell Audigy’s story. “We have sort of built my role from scratch, and it continues to evolve, so I don’t even know how it would read on paper,” she laughs.
Whether she’s planning a national campaign, collaborating across departments, or hosting a webinar, Lindsay brings creativity and focus to every task, along with a spark of joy that makes teamwork an adventure. “Whenever I get a chance to work with Lindsay, she brings a can-do mindset and positive attitude that is contagious to all who she works with,” says a colleague.
Her leadership translates to measurable outcomes. “We’ve been able to tackle some large projects and expand our marketing efforts with Lindsay’s help and support, adding social media videos, optimizing Practice Development Seminar flow and content, and more. These efforts are showing in our successes for 2025 for record social media growth and exposure, including an obvious increase in internal engagement and partnership.”
Another teammate adds, “Lindsay has quickly become an integral part of the Commercial/Corporate marketing team. She is extremely knowledgeable in Audigy/SBU/Member processes and is a persistent advocate for our team helping to enhance our visibility and partnership with internal teams.”

Personal & Professional Growth
Audigy has been a cornerstone of Lindsay’s career and personal life. “I’ve been here for more than half of my career, and I never would have imagined how much I would learn and grow,” she says. “Audigy has helped me become a better leader and provided me with so many amazing professional opportunities, as well as put a lot of trust in me along the way.”
The company’s focus on Personal and Professional Fulfillment (PPF) goals also changed her perspective on life. “Before I came to Audigy my husband and I always talked about traveling more but never prioritized it. After putting together my PPFs and making travel a goal there hasn’t been a single year since I started with Audigy that I haven’t traveled internationally, except 2020…which doesn’t count,” she says, showing us a peek of that 10,000-megawatt smile. “I know now that if I want to achieve something, I can if I put my mind to it. I say yes to a lot more opportunities and adventures because I know if I make doing that thing a goal, I will.”
Her team notices that determination. “Lindsay has a way of solving problems with a ‘yes’ approach and bridging relationships across departments. I’m thankful she’s on our Audigy team and for the example she sets for others with her leadership — making us better and delivering outstanding content.”
And perhaps the simplest, most heartfelt observation: “I can’t say enough how thankful we are for Lindsay joining our team and bringing her leadership skills and support, whether that be professional or just a personal listening ear.”

Life Outside of Work
When she’s not driving marketing strategy, Lindsay loves spending time with her husband, Steve, and their two rescue dogs, often exploring Portland’s vibrant food scene or jetting off to experience new cultures and cuisines.
The couple also supports the MexiMutt Project, the rescue that saved their pups. “They operate on a very small budget and are 100% volunteer-run,” Lindsay explains. “They help people feed their dogs, neuter and spay their dogs, and help sick and injured dogs to heal. They have done so much good, and the dogs have such a better quality of life with the help of The MexiMutt Project.”

The Lindsay Effect
Colleagues describe Lindsay as a spark, as someone whose positivity, creativity, and dedication lift every project and every person. Her infectious enthusiasm and genuine care for Audigy’s mission make her a driving force in helping members thrive. As Lindsay puts it, “Knowing that we’re having an impact on something bigger than ourselves is great! If we’re successful, it means that small businesses are striving and individuals are achieving their own goals for their business, themselves, and their families.”
Having awarded the most recent Maxwell Leadership Award to Lindsay, Audigy is quite aware that it is stronger, brighter, and a lot more exciting with her around, turning everyday projects into vibrant experiences and inspiring everyone to reach for their own goals.
