His Role at Audigy

John began his Audigy journey eight years ago as a Digital Media Coordinator and has since held roles including Paid Search Specialist and Digital Media Strategist. Today, as a Member Success Manager, he plays a key role in welcoming new members to the Audigy community and setting the foundation for a strong partnership.

“I’m usually one of the first Audigy team members that new practices connect with,” John explains. “That first impression really matters; I want them to feel seen, supported, and excited about what’s ahead.” He works closely with each new member to identify goals, alleviate pain points, and help them access the full range of Audigy’s tools, teams, and services. Once their priorities are aligned, he helps guide the transition into their Strategic Business Unit (SBU) for long-term support.

Like training for a race, it’s all about building a strong start and setting a steady, strategic pace.

A Day in the Life

While John’s job description centers on onboarding and coordination, the reality is much more dynamic. “For every member call, there are usually one to two hours of prep, follow-up, and behind-the-scenes collaboration,” he shares. “It’s a lot of project management and connecting dots across teams to make sure the member gets what they need.”

Every day is a mix of reviewing notes, prepping for calls, fielding questions, and relaying information between members and subject-matter experts. “I’ll never be the expert in every area,” John says with a smile, “but I know how to find the right people, ask the right questions, and get the right information to the member.”

At the core of it all is John’s ability to listen, interpret, and follow through — whether that’s helping a practice streamline operations or simply making someone’s day a little easier.

“John’s positive energy and general friendliness are infectious,” shares Cera Mishima, HR Generalist at Audigy. Cera added, “Anytime I have a conversation with him, I walk away feeling better than before, and I don’t think I am alone in this.”

Supporting Audigy Members

John’s impact begins with trust. “A lot of new members think we’re just another buying group,” he says. “But I help them understand we’re much more than that. We’re a partnership.”

By asking thoughtful questions and getting to the heart of what matters most, John uncovers not only what members think they need but also the hidden opportunities they didn’t know existed. “When a member leaves a call feeling lighter, knowing something is off their plate — that’s the best feeling,” he says. His thoughtful approach has helped countless members shift their perspectives on support, strategy, and what’s possible with Audigy. “We care about the member, their goals, and their team. They start to see that right away.”

Life Outside of Work

When he’s not supporting members or coordinating projects, you’ll probably find John spending time with his wife, Michaela, and their two children, Sammy and Hannah. He loves getting outside for hikes at least once a month and finds joy in weightlifting and running, which is a longtime passion that keeps him grounded and energized.

John has run in multiple half-marathons and participates in Oregon’s Hood to Coast relay with the Audigy team. He’s completed the iconic race twice and is gearing up for a third run this year. “I run for health and to stay active,” he shares. “But I’d love to get back into racing a bit more seriously in the future. It’s something I want to pass on to my kids, too, that habit of staying active and pushing yourself.”

When he’s not clocking miles or spending time with family, John has another unexpected hobby: repairing mechanical watches. “It’s a nice break from screen time, working with my hands and focusing on something precise. There’s something really satisfying about it.”

In case you’re wondering — yes, he used to run an Instagram account where he kicked random foods (@food_kicker still lives on as a quirky digital archive).

Personal & Professional Growth

Just like in running, John knows that success isn’t about speed — it’s about consistency, support, and setting yourself up for long-term wins.

Audigy has played a major role in John’s professional journey, helping him identify his strengths and align with roles that energize him. “They’ve always found ways to keep me passionate about my work,” he says. “I’ve had great leaders along the way, including my current boss, Andy, who is incredibly supportive.”

That support has made a meaningful difference in his life, especially during major milestones like raising two children. “Audigy has been part of my life through a lot of change. The stability here has made it easier to focus on my family while continuing to grow professionally.”

A True Partner

John’s mix of humor, humility, and hustle makes him a valued partner to both members and teammates alike. He brings curiosity to challenges and compassion to every conversation.

“John is one of those people you’re just happy to have on your team,” says one colleague. “He’s reliable, thoughtful, and never afraid to go the extra mile — whether that’s for a member or a teammate.”

Another colleague states simply, “I wish everyone could have a teammate like John; he is one of the many reasons I love working at Audigy.”

Looking Ahead

As John prepares for his third Hood to Coast relay and continues to guide new members through their Audigy journey, one thing is clear: He’s not slowing down anytime soon. With every step — in running and in his career — John is focused on progress, purpose, and partnership.

Audigy is built on the strength of its people. That means folks like John Loveridge who show up, give their all, and help others go the distance.
