When it comes to elevating ENT care and strengthening practices across the country, there are few leaders as seasoned or as inspiring as Camille White, COPM. As Audigy’s new Senior Director of ENT Services, Camille brings with her more than 30 years of health care leadership; a nationally respected voice in ENT administration; and a career defined by building processes, partnerships, and people that last.
Joining Audigy in January 2026, she stepped into a role that will shape the future of ENT support for years to come. This is big news for practices looking for a trusted partner who understands their world intimately — Camille White is the advocate they’ve been waiting for.
Her Role at Audigy

Camille’s journey to Audigy is deep-rooted in her commitment to helping others succeed. After more than 25 years as the Practice Administrator for the ENT Center of Central Georgia, she went on to oversee six interconnected entities ranging from a surgery center to a hearing aid division to an imaging center, each requiring a fine balance of operational precision and human connection.
“I’m excited to take what I’ve learned over decades in practice management and help elevate ENT-specific support across the country,” Camille shares. “Audigy has a deep bench of resources and expertise, and I want to expand those and bring them to even more ENT practices.”
In her new role, Camille works closely with Audigy team members to strengthen ENT operations, streamline processes, and guide leadership teams toward sustainable growth. Her focus is simple yet profound: Ensure practices have a trusted partner who understands both the complexity and the heart of ENT care.
“I want to connect resources to ENT physicians and practices so they don’t feel like they have to go it alone,” Camille explains.
A Career Built on Purpose and People

Camille never expected to fall in love with the ENT field. “I came to ENT almost by accident,” she laughs. “I was pregnant with my first son and told friends I probably wouldn’t stay long. I told them I didn’t want to work at a doctor’s office!”
Fast-forward — she stayed, and soon she was thriving.
What drew her in wasn’t just the operations (though she mastered those, too) but the people. She was fascinated by the opportunity to help make their challenges more manageable and their growth inevitable. What held her interest was the human element and the opportunity to build something meaningful.
“I enjoy the blend of structure and chaos,” she says. “I like the behind-the-scenes work that makes quality clinical care possible.”
Her leadership quickly became the backbone of her organization. She created committees that brought physicians, managers, and staff together. She led strategic planning sessions that revolved around an ethos of “Celebrate, Evaluate, and Elevate.” Additionally, she built systems that helped the practice grow while supporting the people behind it.
One of her greatest joys was watching individuals step into their potential: “I have enjoyed watching people grow into roles they didn’t know they could handle,” she says. She proudly recalls front-desk staff who became managers, administrators who became industry leaders, and peers who rose to national leadership roles after starting with the same uncertainties she once had. Helping people see what’s possible, and then helping them achieve it, is a cornerstone of Camille’s philosophy. “Sometimes leaders need someone who’s lived it to help them see the path forward,” she explains. Now her mission is to do the same for ENT practices nationwide.
A Leadership Style Anchored in Integrity

Camille’s leadership is unmistakable: transparent, steady, direct, and clearly authentic.
Her philosophy is simple and powerful: “Lead with transparency, act with integrity, and never lose sight of the people doing the work.”
Colleagues describe her as a grounding force, someone who brings clarity to chaos and confidence when decisions are tough. She embraces uncertainty with honesty and models calm leadership in high-pressure situations.
“If you don’t know what to do, say that,” she explains. “Teams look to administrators for guidance, and they will often temper their reaction to stress based on ours. It’s OK to acknowledge uncertainty while mapping out your next steps.”
Her ability to remain clear and composed comes from a surprising strategy. “My trick is simple,” she says. “I imagine the worst-case scenario, decide how I’d respond, and once that’s settled, I am good to go.”
This combination of pragmatism, honesty, and compassion has made her a respected mentor in ASCENT and the Georgia Medical Group Management Association (GMGMA), not to mention among administrators across the country.
A Day in the Life

Camille’s days are now filled with the same blend of strategy, operational insight, and personal connection she’s built her career around. However, in this new chapter, her reach expands far beyond a single practice.
Camille’s mornings begin with calls to ENT leaders navigating staffing challenges or shifting payer environments. From there she transitions into internal collaboration; problem-solving with Audigy peers, shaping ENT-specific resources, or evaluating new ways to bring efficiency and clarity to practices.
At the heart of it all, Camille remains focused on one priority: supporting ENT leaders who often feel isolated or overwhelmed. “Administrators can feel alone in their roles,” she explains. “Staying connected to a community made me a stronger leader and made our practice better. Now I want to help create that same support system for others.”
Building Partnerships That Transform ENT Practices

Partnership is more than a theme in Camille’s work, it’s her trademark.
She believes deeply that ENT practices thrive when they are surrounded by trusted partners who understand their challenges and help carry the weight of leadership. And she’s lived it herself.
“No practice leader, physician, or administrator can do this alone,” she emphasizes. “We need trusted partners.”
Her collaborative approach is what drew her to Audigy’s team-based support model.
“Audigy’s structure and team approach create a model that feels like an extension of the practice,” she says. “ENT leaders deeply value that.”
When it comes to helping practices grow, Camille excels at seeing their potential before they see it in themselves.
She has spent decades taking people who didn’t think they could succeed — whether employees, administrators, or new leaders — and helping them discover their own capabilities. Now she brings that same gift to ENT practices.
She sees what they can become, and she knows how to help them get there.
Supporting ENT at Audigy

As she steps into her new role, Camille is focused, energized, and ready to listen.
“The first thing I want to do is just listen, watch, and learn,” she says. “I want to ask a lot of questions: What are we currently offering our ENT members? What else do they need? What is working? What isn’t? How can I help?”
Her early priorities include:
- Expanding awareness of Audigy’s ENT offerings
- Identifying operational gaps and growth opportunities
- Advocating for ENT-specific tools and resources
- Strengthening strategic support for practices nationwide
ENT leaders can expect not just a director but a partner — someone who brings clarity, experience, and unwavering commitment to their success.
Looking Ahead

The future of ENT, Camille believes, will be shaped by AI, automation, and new access models. These innovations will redefine workflows, transform patient care, and open doors for practices willing to embrace change.
ENT practices, she says, need partners who can help them navigate that transformation with confidence.
Her message to practices beginning their growth journey? “Don’t do it alone. Engage with a partner like Audigy, and get involved with ASCENT.”
Life Outside the Office

Outside of work, Camille stays grounded by faith, family, and quiet moments. In a perfect world, she says, those quiet moments would be by the ocean.
“My faith and my family help me keep my career in perspective,” she reflects. “I try to create quiet time to focus on both … and if that quiet time can happen at the beach, even better!”
She continues to invest in the professional communities that shaped her, including ASCENT and GMGMA, and she remains committed to mentoring the next generation of ENT leaders.
