Whether he’s refining a marketing strategy, brainstorming with teammates, or diving into analytics over a strong cup of coffee, Abby Binshaieg is all about connection between ideas, people, and purpose. As the Product Marketing Manager dedicated to HearingLoss.com®, Abby serves as both strategist and advocate, ensuring every message, tool, and initiative helps providers and patients alike.
Abby’s role calls for creativity, curiosity, and deep empathy, qualities Abby brings to every conversation. That dedication recently earned him the 2025 Q1 Collins Operational Effectiveness Award, recognizing his leadership and impact across Audigy and HearingLoss.com.
His Role at Audigy

Abby joined Audigy in November 2024 and quickly became a cornerstone of the HearingLoss.com team. As the bridge between Audigy Members and patients, he focuses on making marketing meaningful, not just “marketing.”
“I want everything we create to genuinely help both groups,” Abby explains. “My job is to make sure our language, tools, and initiatives are Member-first and patient-first. That’s how we make a real impact.”
Before joining Audigy, Abby’s path took him through government, web development, and independent consulting, a journey that helped him blend technical precision with a human touch. “I started as a congressional page at sixteen, worked as a front-end web developer, then found my passion in product marketing, where data, psychology, and storytelling meet.”
That multidimensional background shows in his work every day. “Abby brings a thoughtful, informed perspective to every conversation,” says Christina Graiff, Senior Corporate Brand Manager. “He’s not only knowledgeable and professional but also one of the kindest and most collaborative teammates you could ask for.”
A Day in the Life

Abby starts each morning with coffee and data. “First things first: coffee. Then I check the analytics on HearingLoss.com to see how traffic and engagement are trending.” From there, his day unfolds through meetings with Members, collaboration across teams, and hands-on problem-solving.
While his title suggests marketing strategy and product management, Abby describes his real work as “a lot of problem-solving, storytelling, and connecting dots.” He’s part analyst, part advocate, part creative, and fully committed to helping Members succeed.
“Abby came to Audigy and completely turned around our process for HearingLoss.com jobs and internal scheduling,” shares one colleague. “He’s helped streamline collaboration across teams and created structure where we needed it most.”
Supporting Audigy Members

As marketing lead for HearingLoss.com, Abby’s mission is clear: educate patients while empowering Members.
He helps practices navigate the HearingLoss.com Certification process, ensuring each Member not only earns the designation but knows how to use it to strengthen their reputation and outreach. Once certified, Abby helps them showcase that achievement through custom marketing and community tools.
“Abby is a champion for HearingLoss.com,” says another colleague. “He’s eager to partner with all teams to make sure we’re serving our members successfully. There’s no idea Abby isn’t willing to consider and no stone left unturned. Through his leadership and commitment, HearingLoss.com continues to evolve and thrive.” It’s work that combines strategy, empathy, and one-on-one collaboration. “The best part of my job is those honest conversations with Members,” Abby shares. “When someone says, ‘I could use some help with this,’ and we build a plan together, that’s what it’s all about. My goal is to make Members feel confident and equipped.”
Personal & Professional Growth

For Abby, growth isn’t just encouraged at Audigy, it’s built into the culture. “I’ve been part of companies that said they support your goals, but Audigy actually does it,” he says. “It’s not just talk; there’s a real system here for setting goals, working toward them, and celebrating when you reach them.”
That spirit of support extends beyond work. In August, Abby crossed the finish line at the Hood to Coast Relay with the Audigy Hear-oes, describing it as “the perfect mix of challenge, community, and teamwork.”
“It honestly sums up what it’s like working here,” he reflects. “You push yourself, you lean on your teammates, and you celebrate the win together.”
Life Outside of Work

Curiosity drives Abby in and out of the office. When he’s not developing marketing strategies, he’s exploring the world of artificial intelligence; experimenting with text, image, and music generation; or tinkering with app ideas. “We’re living through one of the most transformative moments in technology,” he says. “I want to understand it fully.”
He’s also a fan of long, strategic board games, “the ones that take hours, like Arkham Horror.” Additionally, Abby has recently found surprising joy in lawn care and landscaping. “It’s patience and planning,” he says with a smile. “Probably the marketer in me.” That love of systems and improvement shows up everywhere. “I never stop thinking about strategy,” he admits. “Even when I’m organizing my weekend, I’m looking for patterns and better ways to do things.”
A True Partner

Abby’s blend of thoughtfulness, innovation, and steady optimism has made him a trusted collaborator across teams. “He’s the kind of teammate who raises the bar for everyone around him,” says a teammate. “He listens, asks great questions, and always finds a way to make things better.”
It’s that drive to improve, connect, and create meaningful impact that earned him the Collins Operational Effectiveness Award. And it’s the same drive that continues to strengthen the bridge between HearingLoss.com, Members, and the patients they serve.
Looking Ahead

As Abby continues to guide the evolution of HearingLoss.com and expand its resources for providers and patients, one thing remains constant: his belief that marketing is most powerful when it’s rooted in empathy and understanding.
“The best marketing,” he says, “isn’t about convincing, it’s about helping.”
Audigy’s strength lies in people like Abby Binshaieg — professionals who bring strategy, kindness, and curiosity to everything they do.
