Raising the Bar on Quality and Execution

When you speak with Taylor Collins, one thing becomes clear right away: Quality is not a checkpoint. It is the standard.

As an Account Coordinator at Audigy, Taylor plays a critical role in bringing marketing initiatives to life. She supports members by managing the full life cycle of their projects, from initial request to final delivery, ensuring that every detail is accounted for and every piece meets the highest level of quality before it goes out the door.

Since joining Audigy in October 2023, Taylor has built a reputation for precision, ownership, and follow-through. She operates at the center of moving parts, keeping projects aligned, timelines intact, and teams connected. Her work is defined by a commitment to doing things the right way, not just the fastest way. Due to these efforts, it’s no mystery as to why she is a recent winner of Audigy’s Sewell Customer Service Award.

Her Role at Audigy

On paper Taylor’s role is rooted in coordination and execution. In practice, it is about control, clarity, and consistency.

“There are always a lot of moving pieces,” she explains. “My focus is making sure they’re all moving together and in the right direction.”

Each day begins with a clear view of timelines, priorities, and active projects. From there, Taylor steps into her role as the central point of connection between members, marketing managers, creative teams, digital teams, and vendors.

Her work spans a wide range of deliverables, from direct mail campaigns to newsletters to digital initiatives. Regardless of the format, the expectation remains the same: accuracy, alignment, and quality.

“I’m managing projects from start to finish,” she says. “That means making sure everything is scoped clearly, timelines are realistic, and nothing slips through the cracks.”

Colleagues point to her ability to take ownership and bring structure to complex workflows as a defining strength. One teammate shares, “Since starting at Audigy, Taylor has shown leadership by taking ownership of projects, getting the team on the same page, and bringing new processes to the table that benefit everyone.”

That ownership shows up not only in execution but in how she improves the system itself. From developing tools that help track progress to sharing best practices across the team, Taylor is constantly looking for ways to elevate both efficiency and quality.

A Career Built on the Details

Taylor’s career path began in customer service, where she spent over a decade developing the ability to navigate complexity, communicate clearly, and stay composed under pressure.

Those skills continue to define her approach today.

“I learned how to pivot quickly and handle challenges head-on,” she says. “That mindset still applies to everything I do.”

After returning to school to study business with a focus in marketing, she found a field that matched her strengths: fast-paced, detail-oriented, and always evolving.

That combination is where Taylor thrives.

Her work requires balancing multiple priorities at once while maintaining a high standard of output. It also means navigating situations where expectations do not always align.

“Fielding marketing collateral requests for members and balancing that against what print vendors allow is not always straightforward,” a colleague notes. “Taylor consistently finds a way to make it work and keep projects moving forward.”

That ability to adapt without sacrificing quality is a defining part of her impact.

A Standard of Quality

For Taylor quality is not limited to final deliverables; it is embedded in every step of the process.

From reviewing materials for accuracy and brand alignment to ensuring timelines are realistic and achievable, she approaches each project with a level of detail that builds confidence across teams.

“Quality is a huge part of my role,” she says. “I want members to feel confident that what they’re receiving is accurate, polished, and aligned with their goals.”

That mindset extends beyond individual tasks. It shapes how she communicates, how she collaborates, and how she anticipates potential challenges before they arise.

Taylor’s approach has made her a trusted resource across the organization.

“Taylor regularly steps out of her comfort zone not just for her own development but for the benefit of others,” a teammate shares. “She is a knowledgeable, go-to member of the team who is always willing to lend a hand and go above and beyond.”

Keeping Projects in Motion

One word that continues to pop up when discussing Taylor’s philosophy on work is “momentum.” The ability to keep things advancing smoothly? Taylor has that in excess.

Projects move quickly, priorities shift, and timelines evolve. Her role is to ensure that progress never stalls.

That means staying proactive, communicating clearly, and solving problems in real time. It also means bringing people together and keeping everyone aligned, even when circumstances change.

“It’s about more than task management,” she explains. “It’s about making sure everything connects and continues moving forward.”

That ability to maintain momentum, while still holding a high bar for quality, is what sets her apart.

A Team-Driven Environment

The pace may be fast, but for Taylor, it’s the people who make the work meaningful.

“There’s a strong sense of teamwork here,” she says. “No matter how busy things get, people are always willing to jump in and support each other.”

That collaborative environment reinforces the standard she brings to her work. It is not just about individual performance but about strengthening the team as a whole.

Her involvement in initiatives like the Community Outreach Committee reflects that same mindset, contributing to a culture of connection and shared impact both inside and outside the organization.

Growth Supported by Trust and Opportunity

Taylor’s approach to quality and execution has been strengthened by the opportunities she’s been given to grow within Audigy.

When a teammate went on leave, she stepped into a Media Buyer role, taking on the responsibility of managing campaigns across print, radio, television, outdoor, and digital channels. The work required constant attention to detail, from tracking budgets and timelines to ensuring every deliverable stayed aligned and on schedule.

That experience expanded both her skill set and her perspective. It reinforced her ability to manage complexity while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and organization.

“I was able to step into something new and challenging, and it pushed me to grow quickly,” she says.

Beyond that role, Taylor has supported multiple territories and worked with a wide range of members, giving her a deeper understanding of different needs, workflows, and expectations. Each opportunity has built on the last, strengthening her ability to adapt while staying consistent in her approach.

Audigy’s trust in her ability to take on new challenges has been a key part of that growth. It has allowed her to expand her capabilities, build confidence, and continue refining the level of quality she brings to her work every day.

Building a Life That’s Made to Last

Outside of work, Taylor’s focus shifts from managing timelines to building a life that feels intentional and grounded.

She spends much of her time with her husband and their dog, working on projects around their home and property. What started as a place to live has become an ongoing project, shaped piece by piece through remodeling, outdoor builds, and thoughtful planning. From constructing an outdoor sauna to mapping out trails across their 6 acres, each project reflects a long-term vision of creating something meaningful together.

There’s a clear throughline in how she approaches both work and life: Details matter. Quality matters. And taking the time to do something well is always worth it.

She also enjoys slower moments that balance out the pace of her work. Reading remains a constant, with a personal goal to keep building on each year, while time outdoors offers a reset. Whether it’s kayaking, gathering around a fire, or simply being outside, those moments provide space to step back and recharge.

Her interest in thrifting and sourcing quality materials carries that same mindset into everyday life. It’s less about convenience and more about intention, finding pieces that last, that have character, and that serve a purpose.

Audigy’s flexibility makes that balance possible. It allows her to stay fully engaged in her work while still investing in the life she’s building outside of it. And in many ways, that balance is what sustains the level of focus, care, and consistency she brings to her role every day.

A Reliable Partner to Members

At its core, Taylor Collins’ work is about trust.

Members rely on her to manage complex projects, maintain quality, and deliver results. Teams rely on her to keep work moving and communication clear.

She meets that responsibility with consistency, attention to detail, and a clear focus on outcomes.

“Taylor is a natural leader,” a colleague shares. “She brings a level of ownership and forward momentum that benefits everyone around her.”

For Taylor, success is not defined by a single project or deliverable. It is defined by the ability to maintain a standard, keep progress moving, and deliver work that stands up to scrutiny every time.

At Audigy that approach does not just support members — it strengthens the entire organization.
