If you’re looking for someone who can guide even the most complex projects with grace, rhythm, and a strong lead, Taylor Robinson is your perfect partner. As Executive Project Manager at Audigy, she’s the behind-the-scenes choreographer for many of the company’s most visible initiatives — from All-Member Calls to strategic-planning retreats — ensuring each move is executed with precision.

Her colleagues are quick to sing her praises: “In every interaction, Taylor’s positive can-do attitude lifts those around her to a higher level. Her organizational skills, follow-through, and creative problem-solving are of immeasurable value to those around her.”

With a background as a professional ballroom dance instructor and global top-three Arthur Murray “New Student Specialist,” Taylor knows what it takes to make every team feel confident, supported, and ready for the spotlight. Her time teaching students who “just came in for their significant other” but ended up loving dance because of her is a perfect reflection of how she works today — building trust, inspiring momentum, and always helping others shine.

Her Role at Audigy

Winner of Audigy’s most recent annual Impact Award, Taylor’s journey at Audigy has been marked by a series of well-executed steps, each building upon the last. The Impact Award is given in recognition of the Audigy team member who represents the core values of the organization, has demonstrated their commitment to the mission through their expertise, and has made a significant impact on the members and success of Audigy. If you’ve ever worked with Taylor, you know that this award was made for her.

Taylor’s journey with Audigy began as an SBU Project Manager, and she spent three years mastering that routine before stepping into her current role as Executive Project Manager in 2023. In this role, she manages the moving parts of some of Audigy’s biggest performances: from leadership strategy sessions to major company-wide initiatives, member surveys, and all-staff meetings.

She’s the communications lead for the All-Member Calls, Member Advisory Board Calls, and internal surveys — which means she’s likely emailed or spoken with every single member at least once. While members might not know her by name, Taylor is often the reason their experience feels so smooth and well-timed.

She’s also the lead organizer behind executive strategic-planning sessions — managing logistics, building decks, and preparing everything needed so leadership can focus on vision and alignment. Taylor brings a level of consistency and clarity to her work that helps Audigy stay on tempo.

A Day in the Life

Taylor’s typical day starts with her inbox and Teams messages — her virtual “green room.” From there it’s a whirlwind of coordinating decks, prepping timelines, following up with departments, and fine-tuning agendas. Whether it’s preparing for an All-Member Call, building materials for the next leadership off-site, or liaising between teams to ensure a flawless rollout, she’s always several steps ahead.

And while her job description may say “project management,” what she truly does is elevate every project she touches — blending logistical mastery with a dancer’s grace under pressure. She keeps every beat, every movement, and every handoff in sync.

Supporting Audigy

Taylor may not always be in the spotlight, but she plays a vital role in nearly every performance. She supports Audigy’s executive team directly, coordinating the efforts that shape the company’s strategic future. Indirectly, she supports every member by ensuring smooth, thoughtful communication and seamless execution of company-wide projects.

Her relationships with members are built on consistent communication — especially around surveys and All-Member Calls. These touchpoints allow her to connect personally with many members, making it even more meaningful when she finally gets to see them face-to-face at events like Summit.

Personal & Professional Growth

Personal Growth

Taylor’s transition to Audigy marked a major change in tempo — from the high-energy world of dance studios to the structured rhythm of corporate life. She credits Audigy for helping her strike a healthy work-life balance, allowing her time to travel, focus on her own needs, and grow personally.

“Since working at Audigy,” she says, “I’ve been able to get my own apartment, buy a newer car, and take time for myself — something I couldn’t do while teaching ballroom and competing.”

Professionally, Audigy has also helped her grow through exposure to leadership, training opportunities, and constant encouragement to evolve her skill set. Her peers and leaders regularly check in — not just about work but about her well-being — and that support means everything to her.

Life Outside of Work

When Taylor’s not managing projects, she’s dancing through life in other ways — with spontaneous trips to the coast, getaways to Canada, or long visits with her family in Arkansas. Closer to home, you’ll find her curled up with a book, enjoying walks with friends, or spending time with her nine nieces and nephews (who keep her on her toes in the best way).

Though she no longer teaches dance professionally, that experience deeply informs how she leads: with patience, adaptability, and emotional intelligence. As she puts it, “Teaching ballroom helped me learn to connect with all kinds of people, and to adapt my approach to match their learning styles.”

A True Partner

In meetings, even serious ones, she finds moments of levity and connection — a reminder that great work doesn’t have to be heavy, and that a little laughter can keep us all in step.

As she reflects, “The people at Audigy are what I love most. Everyone cares, checks in, and supports each other. It’s not just about the work — it’s about showing up for one another.”

The folks at Audigy love her right back! One colleague noted, “Taylor always has time for others — and with a smile on her face. Her energy and dedication exemplify servant leadership.”
