Jeremy Roulin may not wear a jersey or cleats to work, but when it comes to leadership at Audigy, he’s a true all-star. As Vice President of Member Operations, Jeremy’s career has been anything but a benchwarmer’s tale. Since joining Audigy in April 2013 as an Operations Manager, he’s played nearly every position when it comes to supporting members and guiding internal teams — always stepping up to the plate with strategy, compassion, and a drive to help our members win.
Audigy’s Very Own MVP

Jeremy leads from the dugout and the field. As VP of Member Operations, he works closely with the SBU leadership team, helping craft strategies that serve both members and the team supporting them. His role isn’t about calling plays from afar — Jeremy is in the game, working shoulder to shoulder with his team, helping develop playbooks that strengthen culture, streamline operations, and deliver bottom-line results.
What makes Jeremy’s leadership style stand out? It’s his ability to balance operational expertise with authentic human connection. “We talk about being a trusted advisor to our members,” he says. “That’s what I strive to be every day.”
A Day in the Life

No two days are the same for Jeremy — and that’s exactly how he likes it. One day might be spent mapping out a member’s ownership transition; the next, he’s diving into culture-building conversations or coaching his team on leadership development. He’s known for showing up fully — not just as a VP but as a mentor, strategist, sounding board, and motivator.
His approach goes beyond what’s in the job description. Over his 12+ years at Audigy, Jeremy has helped members navigate everything from maternity leaves to acquisitions, exit strategies to legacy planning. Then there are the big life moments — weddings, adoptions, celebrations of life — where his presence has mattered just as much as any financial plan or strategic road map.
Supporting Audigy’s Members

If Audigy’s members are the heart of the organization, Jeremy is one of the key arteries. Whether it’s building business strategies, defining clinic visions, or talking leadership mindset, Jeremy is fully invested in helping members succeed — professionally and personally.
“I’m here to understand what drives our members,” he explains. “We’re obsessed with our members and their success. That’s not just a nice phrase — it’s how we operate.” His deep commitment to each practice’s goals is part of what makes Jeremy a trusted voice and a valued partner across the membership.
Supporting the Team

Jeremy brings the same energy and care to the internal team. He works to clear roadblocks, equip team members with the tools they need, and help SBU Directors align their priorities for maximum impact. He knows that when teams are aligned and supported, they can do incredible things.
Personal, Professional, and Financial goals (PPFs) aren’t just an Audigy talking point for Jeremy. “They’re part of our DNA,” he says. “We celebrate PPFs together. We know each other’s goals, and leadership plugs in intentionally to help people achieve them.”
What He Loves About Audigy

For Jeremy, working at Audigy isn’t just a job — it’s part of who he is. He thrives in the environment of innovation, collaboration, and purpose-driven work. The connections he’s built, both with members and team members, are what keep him inspired and focused on what’s next.
“There’s something special about being part of a company where you get to be deeply involved in people’s lives and businesses. Helping someone grow their clinic, transition a legacy, or hit a personal milestone — that’s incredibly meaningful.”
One of the things Jeremy values most about working at Audigy is that he doesn’t have to sacrifice time with his family to succeed professionally. “At Audigy there’s a real respect for balance,” he says. “We’re encouraged to bring our whole selves to work — and that includes being present at home.” This culture of flexibility and support allows Jeremy to be a dedicated leader and an engaged parent, partner, and community member.
Giving Back to His Community

Jeremy is passionate about giving back. Over the years, he’s volunteered with youth-mentorship programs, supported local nonprofits, and helped organize donation drives through Audigy. His belief in community service is rooted in the same principles he brings to leadership: compassion, consistency, and commitment. “When we show up for our community, we build something bigger than ourselves,” he says.
Life Outside the Office

When Jeremy’s not driving strategy or mentoring leaders, you’ll likely find him enjoying the outdoors with his family, watching a baseball game, or working on home-improvement projects. He believes in recharging outside of work — whether it’s a weekend hike, quality time at home, or coaching his kids’ sports teams. “Those moments away from the office help me come back sharper and more focused,” he says.
Jeremy is also quite the creative! He enjoys spending time airbrushing. In his spare time, he creates custom athletic equipment — everything from batting helmets and bats to golf clubs, shoes, and cleats. He has been able to customize them all with artwork, dazzling colors and logos.
Looking Ahead

As Audigy continues to evolve, Jeremy is focused on helping shape a future that’s even more strategic, impactful, and human-centered. He believes that success lies not just in hitting targets but in helping people become the best versions of themselves, whether they’re leading a practice or leading a team.
As one colleague puts it, “Jeremy leads with heart and hustle. He listens, he guides, and he shows up. Every day he helps move the team — and the entire organization — one base closer to home.”
