Whether she’s streamlining a process, onboarding a new member, or helping Audigy’s sales team shine, Michelle Forsberg is all about moving the business — and its people — forward. As Sales Enablement and Operations Manager, not to mention winner of Audigy’s 2024 Gerber Process Development Award, Michelle brings precision, innovation, and heart to everything she does.
Her Role at Audigy

Michelle joined Audigy in her current role, bringing with her a wealth of experience in the hearing industry and a desire to transition from sales to a more strategic, behind-the-scenes support role. Today she’s a vital partner to the sales and strategy teams, working tirelessly to ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently.
From launching new accounts and sending out agreements to introducing platforms that increase productivity, Michelle is a powerhouse of operational excellence. As one colleague shared, “She is the glue that keeps the team together and knows where everybody is, where they should be, how they’re doing, and if they need any support.”
A Day in the Life

Her days may not follow a script, but they’re packed with purpose. “I might be pulling data to track progress toward our sales goals, coordinating new tools to streamline workflows, or working closely with the ReSound team and Clearly program,” she explains. “There’s a rhythm to it but no rhyme — no two days look exactly the same.”
Michelle thrives in this dynamic environment. A colleague noted, “Michelle is in one of those roles that has to organize a lot of moving parts — she does it well.”
Supporting Audigy

While Michelle isn’t always client-facing, her work has a direct impact on Audigy members. She sets up every new account and ensures a smooth start before integration begins. She partners closely with ReSound, supports the Clearly program, and collaborates with the SBU team on transitions and acquisitions — keeping the back end running without a hitch. “Behind the scenes, she’s definitely a reason why the sales team is able to see the results they’re seeing this year,” one team member said. “She anticipates needs, provides them with amazing tools, and helps get barriers out of their way. She does it with good humor and a can-do attitude. I really enjoy working with Michelle.”
Recognition & Results

Michelle’s impact is immeasurable. Her 2024 Gerber Process Development Award underscores her ability to develop and execute initiatives that make a tangible difference. She’s created a best-practices playbook and helped implement a new platform now supporting multiple business units.
“The intentionality that Michelle puts into making sure the sales team has the tools and resources to achieve success is excellent,” a colleague shared. “The team is better set up to succeed with her support.”
Another added, “Michelle does a great job keeping the sales team on task and provides them with the tools to make them successful.” Even when platforms are sunsetted or systems change, Michelle is quick to step up: “A lot of the platforms the sales team uses end up retiring a critical service. Michelle is all over it and makes sure there are new resources found and put in place for the team.”
Personal & Professional Growth

Michelle’s career at Audigy has fostered both personal and professional growth. Thanks to a supportive culture and strong leadership, she’s able to stay fully engaged while traveling across the country to watch her son play baseball. “That balance means the world to me,” she says.
She also credits her leaders for helping her build confidence. “They’ve taught me to be confident in my ideas and not afraid to try new things. That’s what led to so many of the changes I’ve made, and the success that’s come with them.”
Life Outside of Work

When she’s not powering big wins for Audigy, you’ll probably find Michelle with a book in hand or cheering from the stands at her son’s baseball games. A self-described foodie, she also loves discovering new restaurants and sharing meals with family and friends.
One fun surprise? Michelle holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice — a far cry from her current career, but one that speaks to her strong sense of justice and desire to make an impact. Michelle’s passion for community shows up in how she supports her son’s sports and in the causes close to her heart. She’s especially passionate about supporting survivors of domestic violence and raising awareness for Alzheimer’s disease.
A Strategic Powerhouse

Michelle’s transition from frontline sales to strategic operations has made her an indispensable part of Audigy. As one colleague summed it up perfectly: “She brings calm to the chaos, clarity to the confusion, and keeps us all moving forward.”
With her sharp insights, steady leadership, and unwavering support, Michelle Forsberg is helping shape a smarter, more streamlined future — for Audigy, its members, and the people who count on them every day.
