(SBU=Strategic Business Units). SBU Teams are the management consultants who provide business solutions to our Members.

The SBU Project Manager is responsible for the coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of SBU projects to ensure member satisfaction, streamline processes, and implement strategies outlined by the SBU Directors.  The Project Manager supports the SBU teams by organizing projects and following up with managers to ensure timelines are met and our members receive the highest quality deliverable. This individual is responsible for developing, fostering, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organization. This individual demonstrates exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work and collaborate effectively within a highly team-centric environment.

Performance Objectives:

  • Drive the SBU organization, resulting in successful achievement of targets
  • Coordinate and schedule daily, weekly, monthly projects based on timelines to execute and track progress to completion
  • Collaborate with shared services departments to manage cross-functional projects
    • Monthly e-newsletter
    • Quarterly and annual member awards
    • Member status changes
  • Create agendas, send out communication, and follow-up on tasks regarding SBU meetings
  • Schedule, organize and manage the organization of content for the members’ monthly e-newsletter
  • Create and manage member surveys projects from inception to completion: assign, schedule, deploy and provide quantitative analysis of results and write executive summaries
  • Create and manage a weekly electronic newsletter about what is happening across departments, the company, and the industry to foster increased interdepartmental communication

Education & Experience:

  • HS Diploma/Associates Degree
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite including: Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint
  • 3+ years of customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related area of study
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with Survey Monkey
