At Audigy, we take great pride in having achieved the status of Google Premier Partner. But what does that mean for Audigy members?
We know that every dollar you invest into Google AdWords needs to be spent thoughtfully, strategically, and effectively. AdWords has many features and options for displaying your ads across the Internet. With all of those options, it’s important to consider the following:
- Is the campaign structured properly?
- Did I choose the right keywords?
- How do I optimize my ads for increased conversion?
- Am I getting outbid by the competition?
Managing all of these facets of a campaign can be daunting, particularly if you’ve never managed a Google AdWords campaign before. Even for experienced AdWords users, knowing how to properly engage consumers within the hearing industry can be difficult.
Audigy’s paid-search team takes the mystery out of Google AdWords by measuring and optimizing on behalf of our members. We also carry an incredible amount of hearing industry niche experience — we know from the day we launch your campaign that you will see results. It’s the stress-free running of a Google AdWords campaign for your audiology practice.
What Does It Take To Be a Google Premier Partner?
Google has tiered its different levels of partnership to help business owners identify who their recommended providers are. From Google’s perspective, the more effectively you spend your marketing dollars and see a return, the more revenue they’ll drive. Pairing business owners with AdWords experts grows their business.
The Google Premier Partnership is the highest level an agency can achieve. This represents a very small portion of agencies and advertisers. In order to qualify, agencies must achieve excellence in the following areas:
- Ad Spend
Google Premier Partners have to complete Google certification tests. These tests cover all aspects of Google’s advertising products, including search, display, mobile, video, and shopping. The tests can be difficult and require rigorous study of Google’s services and an understanding of how to apply these features to a business’s goals.
Audigy’s digital team renews their certifications throughout the year. We often do large study sessions to make sure that every team member is fully up to date on all of the Google AdWords features and products. In this way, we make sure every team member is prepared to lead a strategic conversation with our members.
Knowing how Google AdWords could work in theory is helpful, but hands-on, practical experience is vital. Google requires that its Google Premier Partners meet a certain threshold of advertising spend every year. This ensures that there is a high enough volume of work being performed by the agency that their skill level meets expectations.
Audigy’s digital team has run campaigns for many years and has successfully managed our members’ advertising budgets. Throughout the month, we assess the budget and reallocate funds to areas of the campaign that are performing well.
Often, the most difficult hurdle for agencies to meet is the performance requirement. All campaigns managed by the agency must be delivering results at a certain level. The cost per click, click-through rate, quality score, and overall conversion rate of the campaign are all factored into campaign performance.
Our paid search team reviews our campaign performance throughout the month, making adjustments and optimizing. We want to make sure all metrics of the campaign align with our expectations. However, member satisfaction is the most important success metric.
