Hotel Information

You will be responsible for booking your own rooms for this event, unless otherwise notified.

We have partnered with the beautiful JW Marriott Nashville as our host hotel for The Summit. The following discounted rate will be offered for this program: $249 per night.

*In order to receive the discounted rate, reservations need to be made by July 5, 2020.

If you are trying to make hotel reservations past the hotel cutoff date, please contact for assistance in reserving your hotel room.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: To avoid a one night’s room and tax charge, all reservations must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival.

Transportation to and from the airport will be provided for those individuals who are flying into designated airports on designated travel days.

Arrival Airport: Nashville International Airport (BNA)

Arrivals: Wednesday before program
Departures: All day Sunday

In order to be eligible for ground transportation, please enter your inbound/outbound flight information into event registration at least 2 weeks prior to the program start date.

Please note, we will not be providing transportation from any other airports for this event.
