Designed especially with the practice administrator in mind, this two-day session focuses on the two major areas of focus for leaders in the business: leadership and business management. Day 1 centers on developing and refining key communication skills for effective leadership. Day 2 shifts the focus to operations and finance, addressing topics related to running a more effective and profitable business through the audiology department.

Coaching to improve employee performance
Choosing the right pricing strategy for the practice
Creating alignment through compensation plans

Hotel Information

You will be responsible for booking your own rooms for this event, unless otherwise notified.

We have partnered with the beautiful Springhill Suites as our host hotel for the Patients for Life program. The following discounted rate will be offered for this program: $143 per night.

*In order to receive the discounted rate, reservations need to be made by March, 16th 2020.

If you are trying to make hotel reservations past the hotel cutoff date, please contact for assistance in reserving your hotel room.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: To avoid a one night’s room and tax charge, all reservations must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival.

Transportation to and from the airport will be provided for those individuals who are flying into designated airports on designated travel days.

Arrival Airport: Portland International Airport (PDX)

Arrivals: Friday before program
Departures: Sunday after 7:00 p.m. and all day Monday

In order to be eligible for ground transportation, please enter your inbound/outbound flight information into event registration at least 2 weeks prior to the program start date.

Please note, we will not be providing transportation from any other airports for this event.
