The Vice President of Marketing at Audigy is primarily responsible for the successful execution of the company’s strategic and financial goals through a shared services marketing strategy. Responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing initiatives and activities for Audigy, team leadership, brand management, and education and outreach to our Members to help inform our shared service marketing strategy.

The Organizational Development Manager (ODM) provides direction to the Enterprise Strategic Business Units (SBU) members to improve organization and employee effectiveness through successful talent management. Outlines and recommends organizational restructuring, developmental training, career management, workforce diversity, and strategic planning to member practices. Recommends projects and talent engagement initiatives to promote organizational culture. Increases member practice productivity, work satisfaction, employee engagement, and profit through guidance of assessment, planning, and consulting involving both practice owners and staff. May design, conduct, and analyze employee engagement surveys.
As the Marketing Manager, your role is similar to that of an account manager at an agency. You’re a strategist with a knack for building strong relationships and leading through influence. Additionally, you’re the ultimate team player and are ready to collaborate cross-functionally to provide a holistic business strategy to your clients. You are responsible for helping a portfolio of clients (members) generate patient flow through traditional, grassroots, and digital marketing solutions.
